Shipping Policies

Jewelry Shipping |
 All jewelry is handmade and takes 1-3 business days to ship! Jewelry is shipped via USPS First Class. If you need faster shipping, please contact us at prior to purchase.  

Jewelry Returns & Exchanges | We want you to love your Pearl Magnolia Jewelry. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of the order delivery date for a refund or store credit. To request your return send us an email at - the returned item must be unworn. 

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, minus shipping fees. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are issued once item is received in original condition

Phone cases returns | If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me. I will exchange your photo(s) or refund your money (minus shipping cost) up to 7 days after you have received your order (according to delivery confirmation). The buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Refunds are issued (minus shipping cost) once item is received in original condition.

Damaged or Incorrect Items | If you receive an incorrect shipment or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases. All damaged items must be in unworn condition.

International Shipping | Please allow 2-6 weeks for your order to arrive. Please note, you may be charged customs fees and/or handling fees based on your country's customs policy. International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their countries.

*If your purchase was made at a non-Pearl Magnolia location, you need to return to the point of purchase as it is covered under their policy.
